It’s finally happening—I’m bringing everything I’ve learned to YouTube under the screen name Goddes/sx! For those of you who don’t know me, I am a Gynecological Teaching Associate with over six years of experience in educating, counseling, and testing people for their sexual health needs.
The Berkeley Free Clinic was the first place I learned about sex in a way that was truly comprehensive. That experience not only gave me the confidence to continue navigating my own relationship with sex, sexuality, and gender but also shaped my path to guiding others in their journeys as well.
The name Goddess/sx is layered in meaning. In health care, S/sx is shorthand for signs and symptoms. Because my channel is about health education, I wanted to incorporate this medical abbreviation into my name. At the same time, the word Goddess connects to Greek mythology, symbolizing power, wisdom, and transformation—qualities I hope to embody and share in this space.
This channel is where those worlds meet: sexual health, personal empowerment, and education rooted in compassion and clarity .
